Cardiology consultation with ECG in Milan

The consultation is where everything comes together: your symptoms, your personal and family history, the tests you have already had and what the heart examination shows. We then decide together whether any further tests are needed and, if so, which ones.

How it works

  1. Conversation. We discuss the reason for your visit, your symptoms, past illnesses, the medicines you take and any heart disease in the family.
  2. Physical examination. Listening to the heart and lungs with a stethoscope, checking the pulses, measuring blood pressure and heart rate.
  3. Electrocardiogram (ECG). A few adhesive electrodes on the chest, wrists and ankles record the electrical activity of the heart for a few seconds. It is quick and painless.
  4. Conclusions. I explain what we found, whether further tests are needed and what to do next, including advice on lifestyle and treatment.

  • There is heart disease in your family, especially at a young age.
  • You want to take up strenuous exercise or you are over 40–50 and have never had a check-up.
